Increasing efficiency through smart IT solutions

For the Kremp property management We have implemented holistic IT support and process optimization to make digital work processes more efficient, secure and sustainable. In addition to setting up and managing servers, workstations and modern telephone systems, the focus was primarily on automating recurring processes with the help of Microsoft Power Automate.

Project execution

We have the complete IT infrastructure the property management analyses, modernizes and transfers it into a stable, maintenance-friendly environment. These included the installation of Windows servers, individual workplace setups and the integration of cloud-based solutions via Microsoft 365. In addition, several internal business processes were automated using Power Automate — with significant time savings in day-to-day business.

Project deliverables

As a result of our measures, Kremp property management was not only able to modernize its digital infrastructure, but also make it more productive. Internal workflows are now more automated and significantly more efficient. The scalable infrastructure creates future security, while the team benefits from a noticeably simplified digital working routine — with more efficiency, less IT effort and higher data security.
